RDR-2250 High Temperature Laminating Resin – Aluminum

RDR-2250 is a high temperature capable laminating system curing at room temperature with maximum thermal properties being achieved upon post cure. This laminating tooling epoxy is extremely tough, yet provides dimensional stability for repeated use in manufacturing. The RDR-2250 system is recommended for use with high temperature laminating up to 325°F.

Choose a hardener based on desired pot life tailored for your process:

• RDH-9234 Room Temperature/High Temperature Hardener provides a pot life of ~165 minutes at 72°F and a heat distortion 320°F.
• RDH-9106 High Temperature Slow Cure Hardener provides a pot life of ~90 minutes at 72°F and a heat distortion of 300°F.

To reach ultimate physical properties, post cure is necessary. Post cure varies depending on the temperature need and use of the tool.

This product is sold by weight. 8 Lbs = approx 1 Gallon; 50 Lbs = approx 5 Gallons.
