PRO-SET TLG-625-H Low Density Epoxy Tooling Putty Hardener 4.5 Gallon

Description

The state-of-the-art chemistry behind PRO-SET Tooling Epoxies makes them easy to use, saving on labor and yielding high-quality results. They blend quickly, spread easily, shrink minimally and cure within eight hours.

PRO-SET Low Density Tooling Epoxy is a 2-part paste formulated for surfacing molds and plugs and used primarily for filling and fairing composite structures in manufacturing and repair applications. It can be applied in thicknesses up to 1/2″ (12 mm) in a single application without slumping or sagging. The shear thinning characteristic provides excellent feather edge application, allowing for easy mixing and smooth spreading. The cured putty is very easy to sand and the filler blend minimizes airborne dust during sanding.

PRO-SET TLG-625-R is used with PRO-SET TLG-625-H Tooling Hardener that provides ~90 minutes of working time at room temperature. When mixed, a gallon of tooling putty will cover ~6.4 square feet when applied at a 1/4″ thickness.

If stored for extended time, stir resin and hardener individually before weighing and mixing together for use.
