RDR-1812 is a high temperature capable, room setting epoxy surface coat featuring excellent chemical resistance. This system is carbon filled, making it light enough to be used in tooling surface coats or used in carbon / graphite composite parts. Once cured, this surface coat can be polished to provide the highest quality laminate finishes. The RDR-1812 system is recommended for use with high temperature laminating up to 325°F.

Choose a hardener based on desired pot life tailored for your process:

• RDH-9302 Room Temperature Laminating Hardener provides a quicker pot life of ~14 minutes at 72°F.
• RDH-9106 High Temperature Slow Cure Hardener provides a pot life of ~60 minutes at 72°F and boasts higher strength capabilities vs the RDH-9302 hardener.

This system cures at room temperature but requires post cure to obtain optimal mechanical and thermal properties.

This product is sold by weight. 10 Lbs = aprox 1 Gallon; 50 Lbs = aprox 5 Gallons.
