Shipping: All items are shipped via USPS or FED-EX. Shipment tracking information for all orders shipped via USPS, will be posted on the Paypal payment details page. If your item is shipped via FED-EX, you will have the tracking information sent to the email address that we received the payment from (usually your paypal id). Most items will ship via USPS priority mail, however we mainly use FED-EX for large items, items over 3 lbs or items with a value greater than $250. We are not responsible for the product after it has left our facility. Insurance is always offered on every product we sell and it is an option. Most items are shipped within 3 business days unless noted otherwise.
International Shipping: We will ship our items to nearly any country in the world. Some items cannot be shipped out of the USA due to size limits, weight limits or being a hazardous material. We will notify in our description, the items that cannot be shipped out of the USA. If you are looking for a shipping quote, please e-mail us with the ebay item number and your address. We can then respond back with accurate shipping charges. PRICES ON SHIPPING CALCULATOR ARE FOR USA ONLY. International buyers MUST contact us prior to ordering for an accurate price.
Exchange Policy: We will exchange any item (with the same exact item) that is found to be defective. Buyer must contact us within 5 days of delivery date to report any issues with the shipment.
